Growth Omnichannel Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth & Omnichannel Marketing Manager to take ownership of growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will drive marketing performance across Amazon, pharmacy partners, D2C shop, and social, while building consistent brand experiences across the funnel.

• Drive and optimise Amazon, D2C shop, pharmacy partners, and social channels
• Develop and execute integrated omnichannel strategies
• Manage KPIs, budgets, and data-driven optimisation
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, and Operations
• Act as sparring partner to the Founder/CEO on all growth topics

What you bring

Must-have:

• 3+ years in omnichannel marketing & growth (E-Commerce, FMCG, Cosmetics, or Pharma)
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Amazon mechanics, CRM & performance marketing
• Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with hands-on execution skills
• German (C1/C2) and English (C1)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in medical skincare, supplements, or digital pharmacy
• Prior budget and KPI ownership for multi-channel brands
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: €60,000 – €80,000 gross p.a. + bonus up to €10,000
