About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware Developer (m/f/d) to join our permanent engineering team in Darmstadt, Germany . If you're passionate about embedded hardware & software development, PCB design, and ensuring EMC compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative product development in a collaborative, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop robust mixed-signal hardware systems based on 32-bit Cortex-M microcontrollers
• Create EMC‑compliant, production‑ready PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer and LTspice
• Define hardware specifications and support subsystem architecture design
• Participate in technical reviews and ensure alignment with system‑level requirements
• Prepare test plans and instructions for PCB assemblies and prototypes
• Collaborate with global engineering teams on complex development projects

What You Bring

• Solid experience in embedded hardware and software development
• Proficiency in PCB design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, LTspice)
• Strong understanding of RF design principles and signal/noise integrity
• Practical experience with EMC testing and compliance (a strong plus)
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and German
