Our Design organization brings together product, brand, and marketing designers who share a belief in creativity, purpose, and integrity. Our Brand & Marketing Design team is responsible for defining and maintaining the company’s visual identity across all channels — from marketing campaigns and performance design to internal communications and brand governance. This team ensures consistent expression of our brand across touchpoints and acts as a key partner to Marketing, Product, People, and Communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Experience leading creative teams within fast-paced tech or agency environments
• Proven ability to set art direction, manage campaigns, and evolve brand systems
• Strong understanding of storytelling, campaign design, and marketing performance
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing and aligning with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and ideally motion design tools
• Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional internal teams

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of talented brand and marketing designers.
• Define and strengthen the company’s brand identity across digital and physical expressions.
• Evolve the team from a primarily support-based function into a strategic partner driving creative direction and brand consistency.
• Set and own the art direction and visual language for marketing campaigns, employer branding, partnerships, and internal communications.
• Align creative strategy across teams including Marketing, Communications, People, and Product.
• Drive quality and consistency through structured design reviews, mentorship, and process improvements.
• Introduce storytelling, measurement, and creative effectiveness as integral parts of the team’s workflow.
• Act as a brand guardian and ensure governance is embedded across the organization
