This role involves:

• Drive business development and build strategic partnerships
• Lead project development across wind (repowering)
• Manage project acquisitions from greenfield to RTB & operational
• Shape the market presence in Germany from day one and open new opportunities

The ideal candidate:

• Strong network in the German renewable energy market
• Experience in project development, M&A, transactions, or project finance
• A commercial mindset and ability to spot value quickly
• Confidence engaging with developers, municipalities, landowners & investors
• Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality
