Head of Digital Products (m/f/d)

Kuehne+Nagel, a leading logistics provider, invites candidates for a senior leadership role responsible for driving digital product innovation across our global operations.

Location

Contern (Luxembourg), Duisburg, Hamburg (Germany), Wroclaw (Poland).

Key Responsibilities

• Set the overall digital product vision and roadmap, aligning investments with corporate goals, customer needs, and emerging logistics technologies.
• Prioritize and manage the cross-domain product portfolio, balancing innovation, scalability, and lifecycle management from ideation to retirement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., DORA) for adoption, delivery velocity, and return on digital investments.
• Ensure timely, high-quality rollouts by promoting agile, DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the digital product organization, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and resolve cross-product dependencies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee key supplier performance and contracts, supporting selection and procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to GDP/GxP and relevant WHO/EU guidelines for pharma and healthcare activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, software delivery, or digital transformation, ideally within logistics or supply chain domains.
• Proven success in leading multiple product lines or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Proven experience in effective management of software offshore models.
• Accountability for managing IT budgets > 10 M€ annually.
