The Role
We are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead and scale the HRBP function across the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for designing and executing people strategies that enable the business to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will oversee a large, distributed HRBP team, ensuring alignment with business priorities while driving cultural impact and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing HR Business Partnering team across multiple geographies globally.
Act as the senior strategic partner to business leaders, providing counsel on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Develop and deliver people strategies that align with business objectives while maintaining agility for a fast-evolving sector.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D, and HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.
Drive change management efforts in line with business transformation, scaling, and organisational growth.
Build frameworks that support leadership capability, team effectiveness, and succession planning at all levels.
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR best practices across a distributed, international workforce.
Ideal Profile
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including managing large HRBP teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments (crypto, fintech, or technology sectors preferred).
Proven track record of influencing senior executives and aligning HR strategy with commercial goals.
Experience operating in highly regulated or rapidly changing industries.
Strong background in organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture while driving scalable processes and frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness across diverse, global teams.
