We are seeking a highly motivated
Head of Product Management – Engineering Tools
to join our team. In this role, you will lead and expand the Product Management team that drives our strategic vision for engineering tools in
industrial automation
. You will directly shape the future of our product suite – combining
hands-on requirement engineering
and product management with inspiring team leadership.

Area of Responsibility – impactful and hands-on leadership

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus and high performance
• Define product strategies and roadmaps for our engineering tools in
  industrial automation
• Engage directly with customers and partners
  to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into impactful solutions
• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle – from concept to launch and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful product releases
• Analyze markets and competitors to identify opportunities and future trends in industrial automation
• Support go-to-market activities with clear value propositions, use cases, and training materials

Qualifications – experienced and visionary

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership or relevant role in the development or use of engineering tools for
  industrial automation
  (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA, HMI)
• Proven ability to build and lead small, agile teams
• Strong
  hands-on requirement engineering
  skills with the ability to translate insights into product innovations
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, market analysis, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• Fluency in English; German or other languages are an advantage
