Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and enhances customer lifetime value.

• Customer Leadership: Deep understanding of end‑to‑end customer journeys, lifecycle management, and value realization.
• Change Management & Transformation: Proven success leading enterprise‑wide transformation and cultural alignment efforts.
• Operational Governance: Expertise in implementing standardized processes, frameworks, and methodologies across diverse global teams.
• Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, capable of driving alignment across senior leadership and global regions.
• Innovation Mindset: Ability to leverage digital technologies, data‑driven insights, and ecosystem partnerships to create competitive advantage.
• Analytical & Performance Orientation: Strong focus on KPIs, business impact, and continuous improvement.
• Global & Cross‑Cultural Leadership: Skilled in leading diverse, matrixed teams across regions with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Experience Required

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology, or digital transformation leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving large‑scale transformation and go‑to‑market execution in a global, matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience in go‑to‑market strategy, transformation leadership, or business execution.
• Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships, co‑innovation programs, or ecosystem‑based growth models.
• Experience with operational governance and process standardization across multi‑region teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based enterprise applications, SaaS business models, and digital transformation drivers.
• Prior executive or senior director‑level experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or transformation leadership.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; specialization in business strategy, digital innovation, or organizational transformation advantageous.
