Are you ready to make an impact in shaping people strategies for a dynamic corporate environment? We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our Corporate Center team in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

Advise managers and employees on HR matters including employment law, compensation, and development.
Implement people strategies that drive organizational performance.
Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise on talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
Drive performance management and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local laws and HR policies.

What we are looking for

Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international, matrix organization.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Business fluent in German and English.
Analytical, process-driven, and proactive working style.
Experience with HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
