We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Specialist / People Partner to join our team.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting leaders and teams, strengthening internal HR processes, and contributing to a positive and high-performance work environment. This role combines responsibilities across HR Operations, Employee Relations, People Partnering, Recruitment Support, and Internal Communications, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee LifecycleManage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, internal transfers, promotion processes, and offboardingMaintain accurate and timely data within Bamboo HR and internal documentation systemsOversee leave tracking, attendance management, and administrative HR proceduresEnsure compliance with internal policies and support continuous improvement of HR-related workflows Employee Relations & People SupportServe as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related mattersProvide guidance on employee relations issues, helping resolve conflicts and offering professional recommendationsConduct regular 1:1 meetings, check-ins, and employee satisfaction assessmentsSupport initiatives aimed at employee retention, engagement, motivation, and organizational well-being Performance Management & DevelopmentParticipate in planning and facilitating performance review cyclesAssist employees and managers in creating and maintaining Individual Development Plans (IDPs)Support professional development programs, internal training initiatives, and skills improvement processesCollect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements Recruitment SupportCollaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities across departmentsAssist with job description preparation, vacancy publishing, interview coordination, and candidate communicationConduct market and salary research for relevant roles within the iGaming industry Internal Communications & Company CulturePrepare and distribute internal HR communications, ensuring consistent awareness of policies, updates, and eventsSupport organization of company events, team-building activities, and cultural initiativesFoster a collaborative, open, and supportive work environment aligned with company values HR Projects & Process ImprovementsParticipate in the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and internal guidelinesWork on HR-driven projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and employee experienceSuggest and initiate improvements based on industry best practices and data insights Requirements: Professional Experience1–2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Partner within the IT or iGaming industryExperience supporting full-cycle HR processes and interacting with cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of iGaming specifics, including fast-paced workflows and multi-department collaborationAdditional knowledge of Russian language is a plus Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesEmpathy, diplomacy, and ability to maintain confidentialityConflict-resolution and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)Experience working with HRIS/ATS systemsAttention to detail and high level of responsibilityProactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
