Overview

Role Summary and Job Description for a SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central Product Owner within the HR SuccessFactors team at MANN+HUMMEL. Work with clear module expertise, collaborate with IT, and contribute to a globally harmonized SF suite to keep SuccessFactors up to date. Your Challenge

  • Responsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools
  • Act as a master data expert in all HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners on data quality and data strategy
  • Support global experts in professionalizing SAP SF Employee Central and derive insights for strategic decision making from available data
  • Analyse complex data sets from different countries and derive recommendations considering local requirements
  • Integral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in HR Digitalization Projects
  • Lead further development and implementation of regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiatives

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years in SuccessFactors EC in a multinational environment, HR Systems & Data or a similar role
  • Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central
    • Proven experience in data migration projects in SuccessFactors EC
    • Strong skills in project and process management
  • Languages: Excellent English skills; German is a plus
  • Personality:
    • Analytical thinking and strong data affinity
    • Strong IT affinity
    • Excellent communication skills
