What awaits you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in the region.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to think creatively and propose innovative HR solutions

What you bring to the table:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
