On behalf of a fast-growing technology company, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the people function that keeps the company running smoothly. From coordinating recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records, you’ll help create a positive experience for every team member.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and eager to grow within a tech-driven, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, policies, and reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
• Ensure HR operations follow company policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration (tech industry experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay proactive in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
