On behalf of a fast-growing technology company, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the EMEA region.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the people function that keeps the company running smoothly. From coordinating recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records, you’ll help create a positive experience for every team member.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and eager to grow within a tech-driven, international environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration (tech industry experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and stay proactive in a remote setting.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Full-time, remote position within the EMEA region.
