Identity & Access Management Platform Engineer (f/m/d)

Your role

• Implement and operate identity services in hybrid environments, based on architectural guidance
• Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell and Python
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments (Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps)
• Support integration of Conditional Access, authentication flows and cross-tenant synchronization in Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines and networking
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and operations teams to ensure secure and compliant identity operations
• Conduct reviews and audits of identity configurations and access controls

Your profile

• Agile mindset with experience in agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Solid experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Active Directory including authentication flows, Conditional Access, forest design and Group Policy
• Understanding of identity security including hardening, credential protection and access control audits
• Experience with Intune for Windows device management and compliance
• Advanced PowerShell and Python skills for automation and integration
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Bicep)
• Good understanding of Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking and monitoring
