This role is dedicated to driving new customer acquisition by harnessing the power of influencer marketing and paid social performance. You will combine strategic thinking with a handsâon, dataâdriven approach to build, optimize, and scale campaigns that contribute directly to growth. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, you will shape and execute initiatives that elevate our brand visibility and deliver measurable impact.
Your tasks:
- Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
- Design and run influencer campaigns from concept to reporting, ensuring strong creative fit and performance
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead to align influencer marketing with paid social activities
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms for new go-to-market products and initiatives
- Support the Product team with planning and executing A/B tests to enhance acquisition funnel performance
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify innovative influencer opportunities and new growth levers
What you offer us:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or paid social with a strong focus on customer acquisition
- Handsâon experience in managing influencer campaigns and working with social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative mindset combined with a dataâdriven, resultsâoriented approach
- Fluent in English and German

- Existing network or established relationships with influencers and/or talent management agencies
- Experience in growth marketing, conversion optimization, or crossâchannel performance campaigns
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools
