Influencer & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms and develop strong collaborations with influencers to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate collaborations, manage contracts, and track influencer campaigns.
• Monitor and measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).

Social Media Management (Organic)

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with followers, building community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Work with the marketing team to align influencer and social media strategies with brand campaigns.
• Support content creation (copywriting, visuals, short‑form videos).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management (agency or in‑house).
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and influencer marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging storytelling.
• Data‑driven approach to measuring and improving performance.
• Previous experience in production, events, or concerts is highly preferred.
• English – mandatory (excellent written and spoken).
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok) is a plus.
• Basic design or video editing skills.
