YOU…

support your Team Managers (TMs) in coordinating the Domains, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality -while building a productive and efficient relationship with the relevant Centers of Competence (CoCs) and their representatives / Integration Managers
coordinate and integrate all technical aspects from bid phase through to program execution -including the creation of the Industrial Statement of Work, Program Plan, Deliverables, Interdependencies, Risks / Exclusions, and Cost Estimates -in close collaboration with PMs, TMs, and CoCs
ensure technical coherence and consistency across all involved Domains
escalate unresolved conflicts or issues that arise between the Domains
actively contribute to the preparation and delivery of ADS GmbH deliverables -ensuring on-time delivery or managing formal change processes when necessary
review work package outputs and deliverables before they are submitted to Chief Engineers / Program Directors, and coordinate their release
support the Chief Engineer in the above activities and associated reporting tasks

YOU…

hold a degree in aerospace engineering or a related technical field
bring solid professional experience in engineering, aerospace, and project management
have a background in the aerospace and defence sector
are proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP
have experience using Jira and Confluence
possess very good English skills, both written and spoken
