Our team at the BMW Group, as part of Alphabet International, is dedicated to innovative fleet management and mobility solutions for international enterprise customers. Here, you will support us in shaping the future of international fleet services and digital transformation.

What awaits you?

• You will support the preparation and development of customer presentations and participate in international business review meetings.
• Furthermore, you help to communicate and coordinate with Alphabet country subsidiaries and cooperation partners.
• In addition, you assist in maintaining customer information presentations for management.
• Moreover, you contribute to preparing international customer reports, such as CO2 and fleet analyses.
• You will help to collect and process market-specific data and market trends.
• Furthermore, you support the organization of monthly recurring tender processes.
• In addition, you contribute to process optimization projects through digitalization measures.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, economics, international management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and contribute effective solutions.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and sales processes is an advantage.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to support cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English skills (mandatory); German is a plus.
