We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in volume and result steering for BMW Motorrad. Our team focuses on international activities and works closely with various departments to turn strategic plans into reality. During your internship, you will gain insights into sales volumes, financial steering, and collaborate with colleagues from Regions, Markets, Sales, Finance, and Controlling.

What awaits you?

You will support our team in volume target and result steering, fixed cost steering, market strategy analysis, and reporting.
Furthermore, you help perform analytical tasks in results management, process representation, scenario evaluation, and project development.
In addition, you assist with reporting for the steering team in the BMW Motorrad department.
Moreover, you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations.

What should you bring along?

Studies in business administration or industrial engineering, focusing on international management, marketing, or operations.
Currently in the second half of your Bachelor's or Master's program.
Previous experience in sales management or marketing, ideally in an international environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Initiative, strategic mindset, and ability to think outside the box.
Fluency in English.
