Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission IT components for broadband internet, local networks, and IT security.
• Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and assisting customers with technical inquiries.
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation, making it easy for teammates and customers to understand system configurations and processes.
• Actively contribute to sales efforts by providing technical insights and supporting the promotion of solutions and services.
• Help optimize and develop our IT network, data center, and radio link infrastructure through continuous improvements.
• Coordinate and assess customer requirements, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
• Research, evaluate, and test new IT components, ensuring a smooth transition into operational use.

Skills/Must have:

• Linux Or Windows Administration
• Routing & Switching Knowledge
• Basic Firewall Knowledge
