How You Will Contribute To Our Success We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Accounting Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth accounting operations across our global platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with customer interaction in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Serve as the first point of contact for customers on all accounting-related inquiries.Analyze customer requests and provide effective, timely solutions.Own and manage all dunning cases to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle other accounting administrative tasks, such as chargebacks.Prepare and distribute weekly reports to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.Maintain professionalism, politeness, and empathy in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.Gather and channel customer feedback to the product team to help shape the future of the Smoobu solution.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency. You will thrive in this role if you Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, customer service, or sales.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.Familiarity with tools such as Chargebee, Zendesk, or Pipedrive (or similar CS/CRM systems) is an advantage.Experience in the SaaS industry is a strong plus.Bilingual proficiency is a plus; German language skills are a strong advantage.
