Junior Analyst Workday Technical (m/f/d)

We are the Workday Technical AMS team and part of Fresenius Digital Technology. We are a dedicated team of Workday professionals committed to ensuring that the Fresenius Workday environment is running smoothly and efficiently. As part of the company's continuous efforts to enhance its HR landscape the AMS team plays a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Workday solutions.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst (m/f/d) who assists us with the maintenance and support of integration solutions within the Fresenius Workday Platform.

Your assignments

• Supporting the application management (AMS) team

• Assist in maintaining, and supporting integration solutions within the Fresenius Workday Platform

• Support in resolution of incidents that occur with the current integrations and access to Workday

• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for new or updated integrations

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data mismatches, and connectivity issues

• Support with monitoring scheduled integrations and ensure successful execution

• Respond to integration failures and elevate issues as needed

• Maintain error logs and contribute to root cause analysis

• Support with documenting integration designs, configurations, and support procedures

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field

• Basic experience in Workday or IT support

• Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a structured way of working

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent English and very good German skills
