Junior App Tracking Solution Designer (all genders)

JAKALA is seeking a Junior App Tracking Solution Designer to lay the foundation for data‑driven decisions in our mobility apps. In this role you’ll develop tracking concepts, coordinate implementation and ensure analytics, marketing and product development rely on reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Firebase Analytics tracking, ensuring clean integration into our products.
• Define tracking events directly in (Figma) designs in close collaboration with UI/UX teams.
• Support the QA team in testing implemented tracking events and verify everything works as expected.
• Maintain and historify tracking documentation in Figma so all stakeholders can keep an overview.
• Organize screenshots and images structurally for later analysis.
• Assist in analyzing tracking data and help make data‑driven decisions.
• Manage third‑party marketing tools and ensure smooth integration.
• Plan and coordinate SDK updates (e.g., Firebase, CleverTap, Adjust) while keeping dependencies in view.
• Expand and optimize our tool integrations in close coordination with development and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytics tracking, ideally in an app or web environment.
• Proficient with Figma and familiar with common tracking and app‑marketing tools like Google Analytics, CleverTap or Adjust.
• Good understanding of UI/UX processes, works well in an agile team.
• Experience in mobile testing and collaboration with QA teams.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, BigQuery or comparable analysis tools.
• Understanding of mobile app development and technical contexts.
• Analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, teamwork oriented.
• Quick learner, curious, quickly adopts new topics.
