Drive growth & generate leadsSpot opportunities and build strong relationships to expand our presence in the German market.Develop and execute outbound strategies to fill your pipeline and convert prospects into loyal customers.Use a mix of phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and creative outreach to connect with key stakeholders. Be the first touchpointSpeak daily with decision-makers to understand their workflows and introduce Teamleader as a game-changing solution.Book and brief qualified meetings for Account Executives — and depending on your performance, you may evolve into a full-cycle sales role, handling these meetings and closing deals yourself Be the voice of the customerGather insights and feedback from prospects and new customers to help improve the product-market fit for Germany.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Track and improveMonitor your KPIs, reflect on your performance, and continuously improve your tactics to reach and exceed targets.
