Junior Project Manager* - Employee Research / Surveys

We are applying state‑of‑the‑art approaches to give employees a voice, either with our own tools and technology or in cooperation with partners such as Qualtrics and Forsta.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Europe, supporting and leading projects across the region, especially in the DACH region (German‑speaking countries). We offer hybrid work arrangements combining work from home with an office location in our Munich or Frankfurt office.

We will rely on you to
- Support or lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Employee Experience projects for leading organizations across industries.
- Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure high‑quality project execution from survey set‑up to results delivery.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders in parallel—consultants, client teams, and technical experts—to keep projects running smoothly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Contribute to standardising processes aimed at maximising utilisation and risk reduction on project delivery.
- Clearly articulate requirements needed for delivery and share the importance of project deadlines.
- Support the planning and execution of client projects, either as standalone projects or as part of wider programmes from inception to completion.
- Define, maintain and report on project metrics, including scope, risk and project plans for both internal and client stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
What you need to have
- A university degree (e.g., in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields).
- About 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in HR consulting, research, project coordination, or a client‑facing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication.
- Motivation to learn about Employee Experience and grow within an international consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with AI developments.
- Experience with digital survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you what you need to know.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
