Your tasks:

• Quality Oversight:
  Implement, monitor, and lead global laboratory quality activities across all products; escalate critical quality issues to Executive Management as needed.
• Standardization & Harmonization:
  Drive standardization and global harmonization of laboratory processes to improve efficiency and ensure consistent quality performance.
• Document & Process Management:
  Create, review, and maintain quality-related procedures and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Project Representation:
  Act as the laboratory quality representative in cross-functional projects; participate in meetings and align with operations teams on quality-related matters
• Deviation & CAPA Management:
  Manage laboratory-related deviations, OOS, CAPA, and non-conformance cases, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
• Audits & Inspections:
  Conduct internal audits, support external inspections, and perform supplier audits related to laboratory qualification activities
• Quality Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  Record, assess, and report quality-critical laboratory conditions, supporting continuous improvement within the global Quality Management System

Your profile:

• Degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory quality management within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Proven experience leading an operational quality unit
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and audit/inspection processes
• Excellent English skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
