We are looking for a ML Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team and play a key role in developing AI-driven automation solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver high-performance results. As part of a dynamic and dedicated team of software and ML engineers, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and optimizing AI cloud-based services leveraging neural networks and LLMs into automation processes, as well as contributing to the growing development of AI in BMG and the music industry.

What you’ll be doing
- Design and develop scalable AI-driven automation solutions, ensuring they meet both current and future business needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data science teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into automation workflows
- Ensure the creation of high-performance, robust, and maintainable software, adhering to best practices for software engineering and AI system design
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI-powered automation systems, improving efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and automation solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform consistently under various conditions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies, integrating cutting-edge solutions to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation
- Implement and challenge state-of-the-art neural networks and transformers through various research and development projects to rigorously evaluate their performance and deploy impactful AI solutions that transform the music industry
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in ML, software engineering, or automation, with a proven ability to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in software development, AI technologies, and ML
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or other relevant languages commonly used in AI and automation development
- Hands-on experience with APIs implementation and integrating ML models into production environments
- Hands-on experience with ML models (DNN, DT, Transformers, LLMs) implementation, training/fine-tuning, and evaluation in an R&D context
- Scientific publications and experience conducting scientific research is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively in agile teams, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus, enabling efficient scaling of AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
