Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Write programs spec, develop, test and support maintenance activities of mainframe applications using CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
• Deliver as per the work assigned within time and with quality
• Solve issues if any defect found in the developed component.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in mainframe development, enhancement, support and deployment
• Strong command of Mainframe Vanilla technologies (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and making sure that the assigned work in delivered on time and with quality.
