What the job involves

Lead the firm’s market entry and expansion in Germany
Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with European growth goals
Source, structure, and manage investments, focusing on lower mid‑market opportunities
Build, mentor, and lead an investment team to deliver high performance
Foster strong relationships with management teams, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with international leadership to ensure alignment across regions
Represent the firm as a trusted partner in the German investment community

Who we are looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in mid‑market private equity or related investment sectors
Proven track record in sourcing and executing successful deals in the DACH market
Experience in technology or business services investments is preferred
Strong local network and deep understanding of Germany’s corporate and investment landscape
Curious and open‑minded, with a passion for learning and growth
Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills
Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation abilities
Fluent in German and English, Spanish is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow the firm’s DACH presence
