Die Rolle des Market Developers besteht darin, das CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management)-Sales- und Marketing Team Deutschland dabei zu unterstu00fctzen, die Marktpru00e4senz des CRM-Produktportfolios, mit Fokus auf den ambulanten Markt, weiter auszubauen und neue Strukturen aufzubauen.
Arbeiten Sie eng mit den lokalen Teams zusammen, um in einem dynamischen und wachsenden Geschu00e4ftsbereich erfolgreich zu sein. Die Aufgabe und das Ziel des Market Development Specialist besteht darin, die Marktdurchdringung des CRM-Produktportfolios von Medtronic im ambulanten Markt zu erhu00f6hen und den Markt auf die Digitalisierung vorzubereiten. Ziel ist es, bestehende Chancen zu identifizieren, neue Strategien zu entwickeln und potenzielle Barrieren zu beseitigen.

Diese Position umfasst die Region Nord-Ost-Deutschlands: Nu00f6rdlich von Berlin und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primu00e4rer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Fu00fcr Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:**
Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Markt- und Regionsanalysen, das CRM-Produktportfolio sowie kommende Trends zu bewerten und daraus strategische Empfehlungen fu00fcr Kollegen, das Kernteam und die Geschu00e4ftsleitung abzuleiten und umzusetzen (inkl. Therapieauswahl, Konzeptentwicklung, Umsetzung sowie Zusammenarbeit und Kundenmanagement im CRM).
Aufbau von Netzwerken, Zuweiserstrukturen und Follow-Up Prozessen in der Region.
Aufbau von digitalen Strukturen und Telemedizinischennetzwerken in der Region.
Steigerung des Patientmanagementumsatzes.
Identifizierung von Barrieren fu00fcr die Verbreitung des CRM-Produktportfolios im ambulanten Markt, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lu00f6sungsansu00e4tzen, um diese zu beseitigen.
Projektkoordination, konzeptionelle Beratung und Unterstu00fctzung bei der Verlagerung der Therapie vom stationu00e4ren in ein ambulantes Setting.
Schulungen interner Teams zum ambulanten Markt und zu Marktveru00e4nderungen.
Erarbeitung von Lu00f6sungen fu00fcr komplexe Probleme im Team, die den regelmu00e4u00dfigen Einsatz von Einfallsreichtum und Innovation erfordern. Treibkraft von Veru00e4nderungen innerhalb des CRM-Teams.
Fortlaufende Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie das Analysieren des Marktanteils von Medtronic bspw. durch Abgleich von Verkaufsdaten mit den GKV-Daten
**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:**
Bachelor Abschluss
mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Flieu00dfend in Deutsch und Englisch
Wissen im Bereich Gesundheitsu00f6konomie, Gesundheitsmarkt und reformen
Erste Saleserfahrung
