Marketing Specialist (Meta/ TikTok campaigns)

As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Performance Manager with a proven track record in driving digital traffic and scaling marketing performance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns to generate leads.Develop, test, and optimize creative advertising strategies tailored to the audience of each platform.Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals and ad copy.Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.Track platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitiveness.Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and audience segmentation.Prepare regular performance reports with insights and strategy improvement suggestions.Monitor and analyze results for both mobile apps and websites to enhance efficiency and ROI. What we expect from candidatesProven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook and TikTok for mobile apps and websites.Experience with marketing campaigns for Russian market. Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sensor Tower, Similarweb, Power BI, Metabase.
