Position: Medical Office Supervisor
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $60–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Commitment: Part-time, 20+ hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world medical office and administrative supervision in healthcare settings based on professional experience
• Create realistic scenarios covering medical office coordination, patient scheduling, billing and insurance processes, and healthcare documentation management
• Develop training and evaluation cases for supervising medical front office staff, medical records personnel, patient registration, and HIPAA compliance procedures
• Review AI-generated responses to healthcare administration queries for accuracy and industry compliance
• Provide detailed, structured feedback on healthcare office operations to enhance AI learning and reasoning

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong professional experience supervising administrative support staff in healthcare or social assistance environments
• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams or office operations
• Proficient with digital tools, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and office productivity software
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
• Completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
