As Microsoft 365 Application Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development, administration and optimisation of a multi-tenant Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environment within the group of companies.

Your tasks include:

• Development and implementation of secure, scalable and efficient solutions in the O365 and Azure environment for various business units
• Development and implementation of a technical roadmap for a high-performance and scalable multi-tenant environment
• Define and enforce governance policies for consistent and compliant use of cloud resources
• Escalation instance for complex O365 and Azure issues and close collaboration with various stakeholders
• Configuration, security and maintenance of O365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc.)
• Continuous review and optimisation of your area of responsibility with the goal of increasing efficiency

Our requirements

• You have a university degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of IT experience in heterogeneous company structures with a focus on Office 365, Azure and multi-tenant environments
• You have not only acquired in-depth knowledge of the corresponding administration, but have also implemented corresponding projects on a strategic level
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Automation and Cloud Security
• Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills and resilience in demanding IT environments
• Business fluent in English
