Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize virtual and live events aligned with strategic marketing initiatives.
• Deliver seamless experiences across formats such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and accompanying events.
• Contribute to podcast setup and multichannel engagement strategies when required.
• Drive audience engagement and enhance brand visibility through innovative event concepts.
• Manage event-related tools and technologies, including VR systems, ensuring full operational readiness.
• Configure and support technical equipment for impactful event delivery.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to elevate event performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event‑related tools and technologies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is preferred.
• Availability to travel frequently in Germany and abroad.
