OpenText (HPE Microfocus) Content Management, . C#

We are looking for an expert HPE Content Manager that will join a team of highly skilled professionals in the analysis, development and maintenance of business applications. Candidate must be able to lead and implement cutting-edge records management software, oversee system administration, and design retention schedules-ensuring our digital ecosystem is secure and efficient. The position requires that you are able to work independently while coordinating with multiple technical and software development teams and understand that this role requires after hours and weekend shift work.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and design optimal solutions
• Rapid prototype development of proposed solution
• Contribute to the design and development of custom applications based on ECM solutions and associated technologies
• Work with stakeholders and administrations in the deployment, testing and maintenance of the applications
• Ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions and review.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in content strategy, development, and management
• Strong expertise in HPE /Micro focus Content Management
  (Installation, Configuration, Customization and Administration)
• Knowledge of experience with records management systems such as OpenText ECM or HP Autonomy Records Manager
• Experience in implementing records management systems
• Experience in creating and implementing retention schedules and guidelines
• Proficiency with computer and database applications used in document and records management programs
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of document and records management and control
• Proficiency with Database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and/or PGSQL databases, network architecture, firewalls, extranet security, virtual environments, backup and high available structures.
• General knowledge of web servers, browsers and other internet applications
• Proficient in programming using
  Microsoft .NET, C#, VB, ODBC, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, HTML, SQL
• Excellent written and communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to influence customers and co-workers
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and comfortable with short deadlines
• Language: English and German proficiency desired
• Educational background in computer science or equivalent
