Position: Operations Associate (Talent & Data)Type: Hourly ContractCompensation: $15/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: OngoingCommitment: 40–60 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)Monitor and manage inbound messages from centralized communication channels, responding promptly in alignment with campaign objectivesPrepare target lists and support outbound outreach efforts; maintain professional communication at all timesConduct independent research to identify, compile, and organize structured datasets; manually enrich and verify data when automation is insufficientSource candidate, prospect, or partner information from public records, websites, and databasesCollaborate with cross-functional team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencyTrack, log, and report communications and research activitiesAssist in ad hoc projects requiring structured research or operational executionSupport development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesExcellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to execute high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistencyComfortable with online research, data scraping, and working with spreadsheetsAnalytical mindset capable of recognizing data patterns and trendsPrior experience with CRM, ATS, or communication platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data/Information Sciences, or related field preferred but not required Application ProcessSubmit your resume showing relevant skills and experienceSelected candidates will receive further instructions for onboarding
