Responsibilities

• Ensure application availability and proper operation of processes and systems within the NT/IT infrastructure or applications of the SH SITS (Service Hub – Special IT Solutions) area.
• Conduct fault analysis and troubleshoot network issues, providing 2nd level technical support when needed.
• Monitor and analyze system stability, capacity, and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Advance automation in deployment of application releases.
• Participate in and lead projects.
• Work in an agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Profile

Qualified candidates will have a degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or natural sciences, or an equivalent vocational training with extensive experience in network operations.

Key skills include:

• Expertise in IT operations
• Experience with scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible)
• Experience with server-based IT systems (Windows/Linux)
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection
• Understanding of modern IT architectures, network technologies, infrastructure, applications, and databases, including CI/CD technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework
• Willingness to undergo security clearance (Ü1, Ü2); VS-NfD clearance is mandatory
• Network and firewall expertise (CheckPoint, Fortinet, Cisco, Linux)
• Experience with ZeroTrust networks and cloud migration (AWS, Azure)
