Operations Team Lead

This is a full-time remote role open to candidates located within the EMEA region.

As the Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across various departments. You’ll be responsible for optimizing internal processes, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that project delivery aligns with business goals. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for efficiency, leadership, and delivering impactful results in a digital-first environment.

• Lead and manage daily operations across teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Design, implement, and refine operational processes and systems.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing, and client success teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions to enhance productivity.
• Oversee resource planning and performance tracking.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or tech-driven company is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams across different time zones.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other EMEA languages are a plus.
