Partner Support Specialist (Fully Remote)

Who We’re Looking For:
A detail-oriented professional to manage partner programs, ensure smooth operations, and provide top-notch support. You’ll be the bridge between internal teams and partners, keeping everything running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

• Back-Office Operations: Handle partner account setups, approvals, maintenance, and reporting.
• Finance Coordination: Track commissions, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate partner records.
• Technical Onboarding: Support platform access, CRM tagging, tracking links, and rebate/CPA setups.
• System Optimization: Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and improve partner tools.
• Partner Relations: Act as first point of contact, provide training, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in partner support, partnerships, or brokerage operations
• Familiarity with brokerage/affiliate models
• Proficient with CRM systems, portals, and dashboards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
