Key job responsibilities

• Manage payroll data from multiple sources to prepare them for payroll calculation (country scope is Germany)
• Assist with data validation and quality control
• Support employees and HR teams with simple payroll inquiries
• Help prepare reports for local authorities, Finance and others
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Opportunity to lead "Just Do It" improvement projects
• Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (Standard Operational Procedures, process maps etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service orientation
• 1 year of general work experience (payroll experience not required)
• Fluency in German and English
• Basic MS Excel skills (willing to learn advanced features)
• Strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Basic analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic understanding of HR or finance concepts
• Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, or any payroll software
