Performance Marketer - €70,000 - €100,000 | Europe/Remote
An innovative, fast-scaling tech company is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive aggressive growth across paid acquisition channels.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on speed, creativity, and iteration. The successful candidate will inherit high-performing campaigns and work closely with senior leadership to double down on growth while exploring new channels.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Ownership & Scaling: Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Native) and expand scope based on performance.Testing & Optimization: Execute rapid testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize CAC and LTV.Performance Analysis: Monitor daily performance, analyze CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics, and guide strategic decisions.Creative & Funnel Development: Own creative briefs, collaborate on landing pages, and implement systems to reduce fatigue and accelerate testing.Partnership Management: Negotiate premium placements and explore new acquisition opportunities.Automation & SOPs: Develop playbooks and systems for efficient campaign scaling.
Ideal Profile
Experience: 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.Proven Track Record: Managed $500K–$1M+ monthly spend with full campaign ownership.Platform Expertise: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Native.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in GA4, Voluum, and tracking setups.Creative Instincts: Ability to brief and iterate effectively.Comfortable with NSFW content and adult networks.
Bonus Skills: Subscription models, DSP/programmatic experience, regulated verticals, mobile app growth.
