In this position you will


be responsible for collaborating with Sales/Product/Technology teams and clients to design and implement pricing solutions that meet their needs while maximizing profitability. You will leverage your expertise in pricing strategies, market analysis, and solution architecture to drive successful large scale sales engagements.

You will be responsible for

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored pricing solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive pricing strategies, and customer feedback to inform pricing models and recommendations.
  • Conduct client needs analysis, manage demos, listen actively and parter with sales
  • Designing and present pricing solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Working closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure pricing solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
  • Developing and maintain pricing tools, models, and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Fully understanding bolttech technology, global platform, capability and roadmap
  • Crafting go-to-market solution packages for customers
  • Providing training and support to sales teams on pricing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Participating in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to articulate pricing strategies and address any concerns.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, pricing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve pricing solutions.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in pricing strategy, solution architecture, or a related field, preferably in insurtech or insurance/SaaS
Basic understanding of infrastructure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a pre-sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
