Position: Private Equity ExpertType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $130/hour (with potential increases for top performers)Location: RemoteDuration: Minimum four-week engagement, with potential for significant extension or rotation to future projectsCommitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible scheduling Role ResponsibilitiesApply private equity expertise to tasks involving financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, CIM creation, due diligence processes, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcingEvaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated documentation relating to private equity workflows and transactionsAssist research teams in developing and calibrating AI models for advanced financial analysis and investment automationCollaborate asynchronously with research and product teams to improve system accuracy and operational rigor QualificationsStrong experience working in private equity at a top firm, with expertise in at least one of the following:Financial modelingMarket sizing/TAM analysisInvestment or analysis summaries and memosCIM creation and/or due diligenceNDA/legal document processingDeal sourcingAbility to work independently and manage flexible, asynchronous work schedulesAccess to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported) Application Process (15 min)Upload resumeParticipate in AI interview (10 min)Submit form
