Program Manager SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d)

You will be part of the central Program Management Office for our global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and steering key project management processes, ensuring alignment with our governance framework and delivery methodology. You will interface with global workstreams, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders to support operational excellence across the program lifecycle.

Your assignment

• Support the planning, coordination, and control of the end-to-end S/4HANA transformation program
• Drive weekly program status reporting, milestone tracking, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Ensure timely and consistent documentation, including program plans, dashboards, governance logs, and decision trackers
• Coordinate steering committees, design authority boards, and workstream status meetings
• Enforce program standards, templates, and best practices across workstreams and partners
• Monitor compliance with program governance and audit requirements
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and change request tracking
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making with accurate and up-to-date project KPIs

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics, information systems, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in a multinational company and/or (strategy) consulting firm
• Project or program management experience in large-scale (ERP) projects (SAP preferred)
• Strong proven business partnering mentality with the maturity and awareness to strike a balance between facilitating and challenging the business
• Experience in interacting with top management in a highly demanding environment
• Strong familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) operations and project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods is a plus
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
• Result- and solution-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a positive "can-do"-attitude
• You possess an open and transparent approach to working with colleagues with a strong team mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
