Project Developer – PV & Agri-PV | Wiesbaden | €65,000 - €95,000 + bonus

Amber Renewables is supporting a renewable energy company in Wiesbaden in their search for an experienced Project Developer to join their growing solar team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the energy transition by developing both large-scale PV and innovative Agri-PV projects.

• Manage the full development cycle of ground-mounted PV and Agri-PV projects from concept to construction readiness
• Identify, assess, and secure suitable project sites
• Prepare feasibility analyses and support approval processes
• Negotiate agreements with landowners, authorities, and project partners
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor technological and regulatory developments impacting project delivery

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in PV and/or Agri-PV project development in Germany
• Degree in renewable energy, engineering, planning, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong knowledge of permitting and approval processes
• Experience drafting usage agreements and managing project contracts
• Skilled communicator with the ability to engage confidently with authorities, landowners, and partners
• Organised, independent, and proactive working style with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• GIS and/or CAD knowledge advantageous
• Willingness to travel as required
