We are a leading global HR consulting firm focused on employee experience, including engagement, pulse and lifecycle surveys, with tools and technology that may include partnerships with Qualtrics and Forsta.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Europe, supporting and leading projects across the region, particularly in the DACH region (German-speaking countries).

We offer hybrid work arrangements combining working from home with a secondary office location in our Munich or Frankfurt offices.

We will rely on you to

• Lead the planning and execution of client projects, either as stand-alone projects or as part of wider programmes, from inception to completion
• Define, maintain and report on project metrics including scope, risk and project plans for internal and client stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects in parallel
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Contribute to standardising processes to maximise utilisation and reduce risk in project delivery
• Clearly articulate requirements needed for delivery and explain technical solutions along with best practices relevant for each client
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What you need to have

• 3+ years’ experience in survey-related research in a research or consultancy environment
• A relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent industry experience
• Holding a project management qualification would be a definite plus (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) is a bonus
