Tasks:

Review and compare finalized MLR-approved content with the German-language output to ensure complete accuracy and consistency.
Identify and flag any grammatical or spelling issues, offering clear and constructive suggestions for improvement.
Work will primarily involve quality-checking digital assets, such as websites and personalized (1:1) and bulk marketing emails.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, and development—to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure all deliverables are approved on schedule.
Provide developers with clearly documented feedback and confirm that changes have been correctly implemented before final approval.
Follow the agreed project timeline strictly and proactively communicate any risks or delays.
Sort and document detected issues by type (e.g., visual/layout, language accuracy, technical errors).
Check that subject lines, headings, and CTA buttons follow platform-specific guidelines, including character limits and formatting standards.
Test all interactive elements—such as links, images, and dynamic content—across both desktop and mobile platforms for proper functionality.
Keep detailed QA records and continuously refine review processes to support long-term quality improvements.

Qualification:

Brings 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable quality assurance or content review role.
Native-level proficiency in German combined with strong English communication skills.
A background in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset, enabling more relevant and accurate content feedback.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct language, formatting, and stylistic inconsistencies.
Comfortable working with email campaign tools such as KNAK, Veeva, or Mailchimp.
Experienced with project coordination using platforms like Jira or similar workflow management tools.
Adept at gathering input from various stakeholders and incorporating it effectively into the review process.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple deadlines and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
