For our prestigious client Airbus Operation at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Proxy Product Owner (m/f/d) and you and will join the Digitalization and Data Analytics team in A320 Chief Engineering.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring that the product vision is clearly communicated to the development team
• Managing the product backlog, adding, prioritizing, and refining user stories
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into the product backlog
• Leading the Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensuring that the development team is delivering high‑quality products in a timely manner
• Monitoring the progress of development and communicating any issues or concerns to the Product Owner and to our team
• Reporting progress status on a regular basis to the Portfolio Manager
• Supporting the Demand manager in demand formalisation
• Contributing to preparation providing additional context on demands during Cluster priority backlog meetings

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of interface design, information systems and stakeholder management
• Basic experience in product development
• Professional experience in Projektmanagement and good knowledge in agile methods
• Professional working experience at Airbus and knowledge of A320 is a plus
• Good knowledge in Java, Python, SQL and Google Workspace
• Experience in working with skywise is an advantage
• High proficiency in English as well as German, both written and spoken
• French skills are advantageous
