We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Business Excellence Project Manager (m/f/x) .

Position Overview

This role leads Business Excellence and Project Management Office (BE/PMO), contributing to strategic planning and implementation of improvement initiatives and projects within DSE CSPV, as well as global CSPV projects. It involves collaboration with global PV and CS teams, interdepartmental teams, and interaction with CROs, vendors, and partners. The position is responsible for resolving escalated issues, identifying opportunities, and designing solutions to meet CSPV's needs. Additionally, it supports the DSE RH with budget, team goals, and unit planning activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Excellence: Identify areas needing process optimization, support strategic translation into actions, facilitate process mapping, review process designs, conduct gap analyses, and establish performance goals.
• Project Management: Plan and coordinate projects, support SMEs with requirements documentation, monitor scope and progress, and facilitate prioritization of initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, including investigational and marketed products.
• 3+ years experience in business process analysis/design and/or project management.
• PMI’s PMP certification preferred; Prosci or ACMP, Six Sigma certifications also preferred.
• Strong understanding of global pharmaceutical legislation (FDA, EMA, ICH), compliance, and PV knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel up to 5%.
